Guidelines and Policies
Class schedule and/or Instructor is subject to change without notice. Instructors reserve the right to ask anyone entering a class more than 10 minutes late to engage in an alternative exercise. For your own safety, attendance for the class warm-up and cool-down is recommended.
Rules of the Road Policy
1. If reservations are
required, call the night before, or one hour before the class starts, depending
on start time.
2. Your bike is forfeited once the class begins! You will not be permitted to
enter the class 5 minutes after the class begins!
3. Bring a water bottle and towel, and if this is your first ride arrive 15
minutes early to set up.
**Non-members are permitted to take any spinning class for $10 (payment is made at the front desk). However, this may exceed the cost of a regular membership even if class is taken just once a week.
If you really enjoy your class as a guest, stop in to see a membership consultant on your way out to inquire about joining.
