| How much does childcare cost? |
| Childcare costs $3 per child for up to 2 hours. If you prefer, you can pay $15/month per child. |
| How old does my child need to be? |
| Children must be at least 6 months old. |
| How much do your memberships cost? |
| The cost of a membership depends on the length of time that you choose. Membership consultants are not permitted to release rates over the phone, so please schedule an appointment to learn more about our rates and packages. |
| How much are the guest fees? |
| Guest fees are $15 for one day, $30 for one week, $50 for two weeks, and $70 for one month. |
| How do I cancel my membership? |
Memberships must be canceled in writing. You
must give a 30 day notice before the next billing date and your
membership must be past your 12 month term if you have an annual
contract. If you are still within your contract term you may cancel for
the following reasons:

| Can I freeze my membership? |
| Yes. Memberships can be frozen for a period of 3 months for personal reasons at a cost of $10 per month. For a medical reason or military deployment, memberships can be frozen up to 6 months at no cost with either a doctor's note or proof of deployment. |
| I have a new address and phone number and need to change it on file. What do I do? |
| You will need to fill out a change form at the front desk. |
| My credit card has expired. What do I need to do? |
| Fill out a change form and include your new card's expiration date. |
| Can I change what account my monthly payment comes out of? |
| Yes. Please fill out a change form. |
| Can I pay my membership each month in cash? |
| Yes. Memberships can be paid in cash, but must be done before the first of the month. Credit information must be kept on file. |
| I have a billing problem. What do I do? |
| Please see our membership manager Gwen Bailey for assistance. She will research your problem and fix it, if possible. She can be reached by calling 301.587.4447. |
| I lost my barcode. Can I get another one? |
| Sure. The fee for a new barcode is $5. |
