Affordable, personal and effective, Small Group Training can help you break through that fitness plateau and achieve your desired fitness and weight loss goals. Designed for groups of 4 to 8, these classes combine the energy of Group Fitness and exercise classes with the individual attention of personal training. Training sessions are for 45-minutes to 1 hour and are sold in packages of 5 for $110. If space permits, drop-in fee is $25.

Circuit Breaker with Rob
Develop a new love for the gym as you increase muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility with this unique circuit training workout, This workout using intervals will condition your body to burn more calories and your heart to work more efficiently. Combining kettle bells, free weights, machines and the rings. Circuit Breaker will be a unique workout experience.

Pilates for Equestrians with Marian
Restoring balance, strength and flexibility in the body will help anyone improve in their favorite sport. For equestrians, a rider’s awareness of his/her biomechanical function off the horse is the first step to moving better on the horse. Pilates in a small group setting can help correct postural misalignments that ultimately affect a rider’s posture in the saddle. Marian will work with clients to improve each rider’s posture, core strength, and muscle balance and flexibility.
*Although these sessions are geared toward equestrians, anyone wanting to improve their core strength and posture is welcome.

UGI Ball
The Ugi Ball is a modern twist on the old school medicine ball. It’s weighted, squishy and beautiful! The Ugi Ball works as a functional fitness training tool because it challenges the exerciser to use entire muscle groups at one time. This 45-minute workout includes dynamic stretching, core conditioning, strength training and cardiovascular conditioning.

A ballet inspired workout with a cardio feel focusing specifically on abs, thighs, butt and core. This low impact (easy on the knees) workout is effective, efficient and results in inches lost.

Total Body Workout with Jeshua
Total Body Workout focuses on strength training with integrated plyometrics. Mid to upper level endurance activities, core functional actions, and upper body toning exercises. Overall, workouts will involve all muscle groups.

Strength Training for Teen Girls with Devin
Teaching teens the fundamentals of strength training using free weights and body weight exercises like push ups and squats. A cardio element is included with interval training and agility drills.

TRX/Sandbells with Jean
Whether you are brand new to fitness or an experienced athlete, you will see results when you train with Jean using the TRX system. With just 2 simple straps and your own body weight, you will increase your strength, flexibility, balance and power. This is a fun, different and challenging workout that targets your core and increases your cardio endurance. Sandbells will be incorporated into the workouts. Sandbells are bags of stretchy neoprene filled with sand. The active, shifting movement of the sand challenges the targeted muscles, as well as your core.

Intro to Weight Training for Women with Marian
Strength training is an important part of a fitness routine. Feel stronger and look better by incorporating weights into your workout. Marian will introduce classic weight training exercises for the whole body, encouraging women to utilize the basement level and all it has to offer. Proper form and progressions will be emphasized and the twice-a-week format will ensure you see and feel the changes by the end of the session!

New to yoga? Want to learn how to move safely into and out of poses so you
can take any class and take care of yourself? Using the Anusara [TM]
principles of Alignment, Edie will break down various poses from where to
put your feet to how to extend through the spine while maintaining muscle
engagement throughout in any yoga pose. These 5 sessions will give you the
tools to jumpstart your own practice and provide you a strong foundation for doing yoga.
