Group Exercise
Rock Creek Sports Club offers a variety of exercise and group fitness classes designed to help you reach your fitness and weight loss goals. From cardio classes to weight training to yoga, pilates and Zumba, we are sure to have an exercise class that fits both your schedule and workout needs. Guidelines and Policies
Class schedule and/or instructor is subject to change without notice. Instructors reserve the right to ask anyone entering a class more than 10 minutes late to engage in an alternative exercise. For your own safety, attendance for the class warm-up and cool-down is recommended
***Non-members are permitted to take any group exercise class for $15 (payment is made at the front desk). However, this may exceed the cost of a regular membership even if class is taken just once a week.
