Contratulations to RCSC trainer Jeshua Reza for his marriage to his beautiful soulmate Donna!  The wedding was held in South Beach, Miami November 5, 2011 on a beautiful evening overlooking the ocean.  We wish them many years of happiness, and fitness!

RCSC trainer Jean Simons teaches a weekly class called “Strong & Fit” to homeless women at N Street Village in DC. N Street Village is a DC nonprofit that provides comprehensive services to homeless women, including housing, case management, mental health therapy, wellness programs, job training and support for basic needs such as food, clothing and shelter.  Jean is thrilled to volunteer to help the women at N Street gain more energy, strength, balance and flexibility in a supportive and fun workout.  Check out N Street Village here:  http://www.nstreetvillage.org/index.cfm
